All transactions on soltpk are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Soltpk supports deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and supported mobile wallets. The minimum deposit amount and any applicable processing times are displayed on the deposit page within your account.
Deposits are credited to your soltpk wallet once the payment is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. In most cases this is near-instant for JazzCash and Easypaisa transactions. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on your bank's processing schedule.
You must only deposit funds that belong to you. Soltpk does not accept deposits made using stolen, disputed or otherwise unauthorised payment methods. Any deposit found to originate from such a source will result in immediate account suspension and the matter may be referred for further investigation.
You may request a withdrawal of your available PKR balance at any time through the Withdrawal page. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. Soltpk aims to process withdrawal requests promptly, though exact timings depend on the payment provider and may vary.
Before a withdrawal is approved, soltpk may require you to complete identity verification. This typically involves confirming your full name, CNIC number and the payment account details you have registered. This step is in place to protect all players and to ensure withdrawals reach the correct person.
Withdrawal requests linked to active bonus funds that have not yet met their wagering requirements will be held until those requirements are completed. Real-money balances that are not subject to any active bonus terms can be withdrawn at any time without restriction.

Soltpk reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. If a bonus is cancelled before a player completes the wagering requirement, any bonus-derived winnings will be removed from the account balance. Real-money funds deposited by the player are not affected by bonus cancellations.

For Sports Betting, including Cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches and other sporting events, all bets are settled according to the official result of the event as determined by the relevant governing body. In the event of a dispute about a result, soltpk's decision on settlement will be final after review of all available evidence.
If a game or betting event is interrupted due to a technical fault on the soltpk platform, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to the player's wallet. Soltpk is not responsible for interruptions caused by a player's own internet connection, device or power supply.

To the maximum extent permitted, soltpk's liability to any player is limited to the PKR balance held in that player's account at the time of any disputed event. Soltpk does not accept liability for losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions, including losses resulting from bonus abuse, account sharing or using the platform while underage.
