Go to the Login page and enter the mobile number or email you registered with, along with your password. If you have two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled, you will also be asked to enter the OTP sent to your Pakistani mobile number. For faster repeat access on the mobile app, you can enable biometric login after your first sign-in.

On the Login page, click "Forgot your password?" and enter your registered mobile number or email. A one-time reset link or OTP will be sent to you. Follow the steps to create a new password. If you no longer have access to your registered number or email, contact support for manual identity verification.

No. Each person is permitted one account on soltpk. Duplicate accounts are not allowed and may result in both accounts being suspended, including any balances held within them. If you have accidentally created two accounts or are having trouble accessing your original account, contact support immediately so the situation can be resolved properly.

Log in to your account and go to your Profile or Account Settings section. From there you can update your contact number, email address, preferred payment method and notification preferences. Some changes — such as updating the mobile number linked to withdrawals — may require identity verification for security purposes.

Soltpk supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and debit or credit cards. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) with no currency conversion involved. Simply log in, go to the Deposit section, select your preferred method and follow the on-screen steps.

JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast deposits typically reflect within a few minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take a little longer depending on your bank's processing times, but most are confirmed within the same day. If your deposit has not appeared after 30 minutes, check your transaction history in your account and contact support with the transaction reference number if needed.

Yes, there is a minimum PKR deposit amount which may vary depending on the payment method you choose. JazzCash and Easypaisa generally have lower minimums which makes them practical for smaller top-ups. The current minimum amounts for each method are displayed on the Deposit page inside your account after you log in.

Soltpk does not charge a platform fee on deposits. However, some payment providers — particularly card networks or certain bank transfer routes — may apply their own transaction fees. These would be shown by your payment provider, not by soltpk. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are generally fee-free from the platform side.

No. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Depositing from a third-party account is not permitted and may result in the deposit being held pending verification or the account being restricted. This policy is in place to protect all members and to ensure withdrawals can be processed back to the correct person.

Log in and go to the Withdrawal page. Select your preferred withdrawal method — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank transfer — enter the amount in PKR and confirm. Withdrawals are sent to the same account you used to deposit, so make sure your payment details are up to date in your account settings before requesting.

Most PKR withdrawals via JazzCash and Easypaisa are processed promptly and arrive within a few hours. Bank transfers may take one to two business days depending on your bank. Withdrawal request status is always visible in your account transaction history. If a withdrawal has been pending longer than expected, contact support with your transaction reference.

Yes, there is a minimum PKR withdrawal amount. The exact figure depends on the withdrawal method selected and is displayed on the Withdrawal page inside your account. Make sure your available balance meets the minimum before submitting a request.

Withdrawals may be put on hold for a few reasons: your account identity verification may be pending, an active bonus with incomplete wagering requirements may be attached to your balance, or there may be a discrepancy between your registered name and the payment account name. Check your account notifications for a specific reason or contact support for clarification.

In some cases, if the withdrawal has not yet been processed, you may be able to cancel it from your transaction history page. Once a withdrawal has been sent to your payment provider, it cannot be reversed. If you need assistance with a pending withdrawal, contact support as quickly as possible with your request details.

Go to the Bet page and select the Cricket match or tournament you want to bet on. Choose your market — match winner, top batsman, total runs, live in-play options and more — enter your PKR stake and confirm. Winnings are calculated based on the odds displayed at the time of placing your bet and are credited to your PKR balance once the market settles.

If a PSL or any other Cricket match is abandoned before the minimum overs required for an official result are completed, bets on match winner markets are typically voided and PKR stakes are returned to your account balance. Markets that have already been settled before the abandonment (such as first innings totals) will generally stand. Full settlement rules are available in the Terms and Conditions.

When you register and make your first qualifying PKR deposit, a welcome bonus is credited to your bonus balance. This bonus funds are separate from your main PKR balance. You can use them to play eligible games, but you must meet the wagering requirement — playing through the bonus amount a specified number of times — before any winnings generated from the bonus can be withdrawn as real PKR.

A wagering requirement (also called a playthrough requirement) means you need to bet a certain total amount in PKR before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. For example, if you received a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement, you would need to place a cumulative total of PKR 10,000 in eligible bets before the winnings become withdrawable. Yes, bonuses have an expiry period. If you do not meet the wagering requirement within the stated time frame, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from your account. No, bonus funds themselves cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings that have been generated from bonus funds after the wagering requirement has been completed can be transferred to your main PKR balance and then withdrawn. Your main PKR balance — funds you deposited directly — can be withdrawn at any time subject to standard withdrawal terms.

Soltpk provides deposit limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion options, all accessible from your account settings after logging in. Deposit limits let you cap how much PKR you can add to your account per day, week or month. Session reminders alert you when you have been playing for a certain amount of time.
